To start off, Mary has designed this awesome DIGITAL layout...
New to Inspired Blueprints, Anja and Elaine will be creating cards from our sketches each fortnight!
Name: Anja Curvers

Designer: Cards
Hi, my name is Anja Curvers. I'm a SAHM living in the Netherlands with my husband and four children Arno (15), Rick (14), Emy (12) and Susanne (7), they are my inspiration. I have been scrapbooking for about 6 years now but lately my passion is making "scrap"cards. I used to make cards from the scraps I had left over when I finished a lay-out but somehow it has changed in making cards and making a lay-out with the left-overs from the cards. I don't have a personal style I just do as I like or it depends in which scrap-mood I am. I hope I'll inspire others with my work as much as they inspire me.

Designer: Cards
Hi! I'm Elaine from Singapore and am a stay-at-home mother to 2 very energetic boys. Beside trying to keep up with my boys and cleaning the house, I also love to scrapbook, make cards and sew - I basically love making things and I enjoy trying out new techniques where scrapping and cardmaking are concerned. I get most of my inspiration from scrapbook and card making magazines. I used to read a lot of fiction books, but eversince I stumbled upon scrapbooking (and cardmaking) 4 years ago, I read more craft magazines these days. I definitely have to browse through one magazine before I go to bed every night. :)

Name: Wendy Smith
Location: Australia
Blog: www.my-head-space.blogspot.com
Designer: 12x12 layouts
I am Wendy Smith, married to the most understanding 'Scrap Widow' in the world Duncan, and mother to 2 ratbags…ahh I mean Boys…. Charlie and Angus. I first started scrapbooking when I was pregnant with Charlie in 2004. I really loved the thought of keeping memories, and being creative. I have always been a lover of stationary and remember collecting writing paper and stickers when I was young. I am a definite paperholic, and love the feel, texture, colours and even smell of paper. I have always enjoyed cutting and sticking and expressing myself creatively and scrapbooking seems to be the perfect way for me to do this. I would consider my style quite masculine, as a I rarely scrap girly pages. To look at, my layouts are quite distressed, layered and bright. I really love the technique of clustering embellishments, and feel I have my own unique way of doing this that works for me! I don’t claim to be a photographer, and enjoy using my everyday photos in layouts. I get inspiration from the world around me. I love scrapping with my friends and my sister, as they are all very talented scrappers who have their own unique styles that are very inspirational to me. I love browsing online galleries and blogs to get inspiration for layouts, and find creating and using sketches extremely inspiring also.
Name: Aud Randi Kalve
Location: Norway
Blog: www.arkscraps.blogspot.com
Designer: 12x12 layouts
Hello! My name is Aud Randi and I live with my husband and two teenage daughters, aged 15 and 18 in Bergen, Norway. During the day, I work as a study leader for a large engineering company in the oil business. All my free time I spend with scrapbook-related activities like browsing the internet, reading magazines, shopping for supplies, and of course creating layouts. I started with this hobby in September 2008 because I decided to make an album for my youngest daughter's 15th birthday. As I have never before been a great fan of putting pictures into albums, you could say that I have a lot of catching up to do.

Name: Mary Martinez
Location: USA
Blog: www.marnels.blogspot.com
Designer: Digital
My name is Mary aka "marnel" around Digi Land. I'm from Connecticut and work full time as an Administrative Asst. I'm married to an awesome man Nelson and we have 6 dc 4 girls and 2 boys ranging from 18 to 20mth old. The 3 youngest are my main scrapping subjects they don't complain about the camera in the face yet so until they do they will be my main focus, LOL Although I am trying to scrap my older ones b/c they need to look back and know that they were also a big part of my inspiration. All I can say about my style is it's all over the place, I can't stick with just one" style" their is so much out in digi land and I must mix it all up and just scrap by what inspires me from the kit. I hope my layouts inspire at least one person to create their own memory. So let's scrap ;)
Name: Kathleen Glossop
Location: Australia
Blog: www.kathleenglossop.blogspot.com
Designer: 12x12
My name is Kathleen Glossop, I’m a SAHM to my gorgeous (but mischievous!) 2 year old boy, Clay, and wife of 8 years (OMG!!) to Jason. I’ve been scrapping for about 4 years, and am a complete scrap nut, (Jas would argue “obsessed”, lol). I’d call my style fun & funky, I love white space, but still like to think my work is still quite detailed. The inspiration I get from combing through my overflowing stash of pretty papers, adorable buttons, gorgeous embellishments and unusual odds ‘n ends, is second only to that which I get from my family – scrapping is my way of conveying my love and adoration for them.
More to come, watch this space...
Name: April Yap
I am
Chiqui Gutierrez from the tropical islands of the Philippines. I’m in my
mid thirties, and been married to my hubby Herbert for 7 years. He recently got
interested in photography so I get lots of pictures to scrap. We have 2
adorable daughters, Julia Francesca is 6 and Anneliese is 3 years old. I am a
Pediatrician by profession, and a certified scrapaholic for 2 years now. I
admit I’m addicted to this wonderful hobby! I love how the
layouts tell the story behind the picture. I consider myself a newbie in the
scrapbooking world so I guess I’m still discovering my
style. Most of my layouts are of the clean and simple kind but I also love the
shabby-chic look. I tend to experiment with different techniques but
handcutting, layering, & distressing are some of my favorites. I absolutely
love working with sketches and I am really thrilled and honored to be part of
the Design Team of Inspired Blueprints. I hope I’ll be
able to inspire you as much as others have inspired me.
